Times Loses Focus On Palestine Issue

The New York Times has lost all sense of perspective. A new Middle East peace proposal is circulating, amidst continued homicide bombing, and what is the Times focused on? A look at the issues, perhaps? An examination of the proposal? Some background information about the new Palestinian Prime Minister and his cabinet? Nope.

The plan to create a Palestinian state side-by-side with Israel plunges President Bush back into direct involvement in the Middle East peace effort.

Instead, the Times decides to gloat about how good 'ole President Bush has once again been sucked into a foreign policy issue which he would have preferred to avoid. How sickeningly Americentric.
