Hotel Reviews: Ramada & Hampton Inn

It's been a long time since I wrote some reviews, so let's get to it! First, the summary:

Ramada SUCKS.
Hampton Inn ROCKS.

Now for the longer review. We called in reservations to Ramada and they offered us a special promotional rate of $29.99 per night. Wow what a deal, right? Wrong. The room was disgusting. There were ashes in the ash tray of our "non somking" room, someone had used the toilet and it had not been flushed afterwards, and the room stank. There were markings on the walls and the carpet was dirty. Simply awful.

So we got back in the car and drove across the street to the Hampton Inn. It was clean and came with nice ammenities, including a delicious breakfast buffet and free wireless internet. It cost $54.99 per night.

On the way back, we decided on the spot to split the trip up and I called from the car and made reservations at the Jonesville, NC Hampton Inn. What a treat! All the same ammenities plus the building was decorated to the hilt for Christmas. It was just unbelievable how much work had been put into making the hotel beautiful. I took pictures.
